IO-8DO8AI-M enables easy expansion of a system by 16 additional in-/outputs per controller. All outputs can be controlled manually. Communication takes place via EXOline or CAN-Bus. Which protocol should be used is set via DIP switches.

There are two types of I/O modules available. A large model with 16 I/O:s, as well as a small model with either 7 or 10 I/O. Integration of the I/O modules into an EXO system is intended for advanced system integrators only. Up to 32 I/O modules can be connected to one controller but the limit is set by the system integrator and the application.

The V-3000-8012 and V-3000-8003 Pneumatic Valve Actuators are designed to accurately position steam or water valve modulating plugs in response to a
pneumatic signal from a controller. A V-9502 Valve Positioner can be ordered separately for use with the V-3000-8012 only, in applications where sequential
operation is desired or additional positioning power is necessary.

The VG3000 brass valve series is primarily designed to regulate the flow of water in response to the demand of a controller in zone and terminal unit applications.

VG1000 Series Ball Valves are designed to regulate the flow of hot or chilled water and, for some models, low-pressure steam in response to the demand of a controller in HVAC systems. Available in sizes 1/2 through 2 in.

The VG1000 series control ball valves are used for the water control of air treatment systems in ventilation and air conditioning units as well as heating system.
They are operated by remote mounted Spring Return and Non Spring Return actuators of Johnson Controls.

The VA9300 Series Electric Non-Spring Return Actuators are direct mount actuators for valves with ISO Flange mounting such as the VG1000 Series Valves. The series consists of models with on/off and floating controls as well as models with Automatic Signal Input Detection which allows automatic recognition of input signals for on/off, floating, and proportional control.

The VA9104 Series Actuators are direct-mount, non-spring return electric valve actuators that operate on AC 24 V or 100 to 240 VAC power. Use these synchronous motors or stepper motors (for line voltage models) driven actuators to provide accurate positioning on Johnson Controls® VG1000 Series DN15, DN20, and DN25 (1/2, 3/4, and 1 in.) ball valves in HVAC applications.

The VA7810 non spring return actuator with 1000 N thrust for valves in heating, ventilation and air conditioning applications is available for floating or proportional control. All models have manual override as standard and provide stroke capabilities of 7 mm to 25 mm. Proportional models are self-calibrating.

The VA-7080 Terminal Unit Valve Actuators series provide ON/OFF and DAT control in HVAC application. The compact design of these actuators make them suitable for installations in confined spaces, such as fan-coil applications. The VA-7080 Actuators are designed for field mounting onto all Johnson Controls Terminal Unit Valves: VG3000, VP1000 (see pertinent Product Bulletins).

The VA1000 valve actuators are used to control valves in HVAC systems. They are of modular construction so that the required type of control signal is achieved simply by fitting a module with the required function in-situ. It can be mounted onto VG8000, VG8300 and VG9000 series valves.

VA-748x Series Electric Valve Actuators provide floating or proportional control in HVAC applications. The compact design of this actuator series makes it ideal for installations in confined locations, such as fan coil applications. The VA-748x Series Actuator is designed for field mounting onto the terminal unit valves made by
Johnson Controls and its competitors.

The RA-3000 series synchonous motor-driven reversible actuators are available for 3-point (floating) or with electric positioner for 0-10V control. They feature factory calibrated pressure switches to provide specified close-off ratings.

These pressure actuated modulating valves control the quantity of water to a condenser by directly sensing pressure changes in a refrigerant circuit. The valves can be used in non-corrosive refrigerant systems. Ammonia power elements and valves designed for saltwater applications are available.

The M9203-xxx-2(Z) Series Electric Spring Return Actuators provide control of dampers in Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. All actuators in this series provide 27 lb·in (3 N·m) rated torque. A mechanical spring return system provides rated torque with or without power applied to the
actuator.

The M9124-GGx and M9124-HGx Series direct-mount electric actuators operate on 24 VAC or VDC power. These actuators are available for use with proportional controllers. These bidirectional actuators do not require a damper linkage and are easily installed on a damper with a round shaft up to 3/4 in. (19 mm) in diameter or a square shaft up to 5/8 in. (16 mm).

The M9109 Series direct-mount electric actuators operate on 24 VAC power and are available for use with floating or proportional controllers. These non-spring return actuators are easily installed on a Variable Air Volume (VAV) box and a damper with a steel shaft up to 1/2 in. (13 mm) in diameter or 3/8 in. (10 mm) square.

The M9108-GGx-2 and M9108-HGx-2 Series direct-mount electric actuators operate on 24 VAC or VDC power, and are available for use with proportional controllers. These bidirectional actuators do not require a damper linkage, and are easily installed on a damper with a round shaft up to 3/4 in. (19 mm) in diameter or a square shaft up to 5/8 in. (16 mm).

The M9106-xGx-2 Series direct-mount electric actuators operate on AC 24 V power and are available for use with on/off, floating, or proportional controllers. These non-spring-return actuators are easily installed on a VAV box, a damper with a round shaft up to 1/2 in. (13 mm) in diameter, or a square shaft up to 3/8 in. (10 mm).

VG7000 Series Bronze Control Valves are designed primarily to regulate the flow of water and sterm in response to the demand of a controller in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. These valves are available in Push-Down-To-Close (PDTC), Push-Down-To-Open (PTDO), and three-way mixing configurations.
